While most of our clients never have to revisit these, our legal team advises us to make them available.
Payment and Follow-Up
Once your payment is received, our team will contact you within 24 hours provided the payment is during the week (Monday to Friday), and 48 hours if payment is done on a holiday or weekend, with next steps tailored to your selected service. We value your time and are committed to supporting you throughout the process.

- Services are considered complete upon your confirmation of satisfaction.
- For career services, if a job offer is accepted before utilizing all coaching sessions, remaining time can be applied to onboarding or career coaching upon written request.
- For HR and digital marketing services, additional support beyond the initial scope of work will be subject to a new agreement and fee.

For scheduled calls (consultations, coaching, or follow-ups), please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice will count toward your allotted sessions.
Refund Policy

Many scientific studies have shown that supporting services can be effective in working with a variety of problems. However, a commitment is necessary for change to be seen. You can talk with your Coach about what is expected of this commitment in terms of time, effort, and goal-setting.
Counselors, life coaches and mentors often work with individuals who are struggling with difficult life circumstances and concerns, because everyone has difficulties at some point in their lives, and sometimes engaging in supporting services is a good way to attain support to overcome challenges.
Our Utmost concern is confidentiality. Although there maybe a few exceptions like when transferring clients from one counselor to another, the only person who will have direct access to a client’s file including information discussed in sessions is your specialist.
Far from being a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of willingness to understand and surmount any challenges present in your life. It takes courage to explore sensitive feelings and difficult experiences. The alternative -- doing nothing about these challenges -- is a far less courageous act.
Supporting services providers may sometimes work alongside doctors and/or psychiatrists in treating different psychological problems; however, many times medication isn't necessary or helpful. The ultimate choice as to whether you take medication or not is with you; nobody can make this choice for you.

A supporting service provider doesn’t solve your problems for you. Rather, he or she helps you clarify issues so you can solve problems on your own with their guidance, support, and expertise. Their goal is to make you more self-sufficient, not more dependent.
No. Kat Konsult has a strict confidentiality policy and will not release information regarding contact with a client without permission from them except in a few where the client is a threat to their lives or other people’s lives.
Supporting services like counseling and coaching are partnerships between an individual and a professional who is trained to help people understand their feelings and assist them with changing their behavior. People often consider supporting services under the following circumstances:
- They feel an overwhelming and prolonged sense of sadness and helplessness in their futures.
- Their emotional difficulties make it hard for them to function day to day.For example, they are unable to concentrate at work, school, or even pay the required attention to their loved ones.
- Their actions are harmful to themselves or others.
- They are troubled by emotional difficulties facing family members or close friends.
- They just need someone with whom to talk.
When you get in touch with us, we shall ask you a few questions to know why you are seeking supporting services as well as to identify what services you require. We then schedule an appointment with you to meet with the right person.
At the first session, you will be asked questions to clarify your current situation and past history then the specialist will discuss solution options with you. We will make every effort to see that you receive the best available care.
There are many approaches to supporting services and various formats in which it may occur–including individual, group, and couples. Despite the variations, all supporting services are a two-way process that works especially well when you and your specialist communicate openly. Research shows that the outcome of supporting services is improved when the specialist and the client agree early about what the major problems are and how the services can help.
You and your specialist both have responsibilities in establishing and maintaining a good working relationship. Be clear with your specialist about your concerns that may arise. supporting services work best when you attend all scheduled sessions and give some forethought as to what you want to discuss during each session.
Taking supporting services isn’t easy. But individuals willing to work in close partnership with their counselor or coach often find relief from their emotional distress and begin to lead more productive and fulfilling lives.
As you begin using supporting services, you should establish clear goals with your specialist. Perhaps you want to overcome feelings of hopelessness associated with feelings of depression. Or maybe you would like to control fear that disrupts your daily life. Keep in mind that certain tasks require more time to accomplish than others. You may need to adjust your goals depending on how long you plan to be using these services.
After a few sessions, it is a good sign if you feel the experience is a joint effort and that you and your counselor or coach enjoy a comfortable relationship. On the other hand, you should be open with your counselor or coach if you find yourself feeling “stuck” or lacking direction once you have been in using the services for awhile.
You may feel a wide range of emotions during the time of the services. Some qualms about the supporting services that you may have might result from the difficulty of discussing painful and troubling experiences. When this happens, it can actually be a positive sign that you are starting to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
You should spend time with your counselor or coach periodically reviewing your progress. Although there are other considerations affecting the duration of supporting services, success in reaching your primary goals should be a major factor in deciding when you should end the supporting services.
This is not a comprehensive list of reasons why a student may come to the Counseling Center. Our experienced staff works to provide you with a supportive, non-judgmental environment in which you may work through these or many other issues.
We understand that you may feel anxious about coming to the Counseling Center, and our aim is to help you feel comfortable so that you may successfully achieve your counseling goals.
It might be helpful for you to schedule a consultation with one of our specialits. While you cannot provide supporting services to your friend or force them to go to seek help, there may be ways to talk with them about your concerns and share with them the resources you know about (i.e. counseling services or other community services). We can walk you through this conversation depending on the situation as well as provide you with support.
