While most of our clients never have to revisit these, our legal team advises us to make them available.
Payment and Follow-Up
Once your payment is received, our team will contact you within 24 hours provided the payment is during the week (Monday to Friday), and 48 hours if payment is done on a holiday or weekend, with next steps tailored to your selected service. We value your time and are committed to supporting you throughout the process.

Client Responsibilities
To achieve the best possible results, your active participation is essential. By purchasing our services, you agree to:
- Job Search Services Review and finalize career documents for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with your career goals. You are responsible for submitting your finalized documents and uploading LinkedIn content, ensuring compliance with LinkedIn's user agreement.
- HR Services Collaborate with our team to provide accurate company information, policies, and goals necessary for HR setup or consultancy. Final approval of policies, procedures, or documentation rests with you.
- Digital Marketing Services Implement strategies and content as advised, actively participate in follow-ups, and provide feedback for iterative improvements. Kat Konsult Oy is not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in final deliverables. We will guide you to ensure a smooth process, but the ultimate responsibility to act lies with you.
Service Completion and Additional Requests
Services are considered complete upon your confirmation of satisfaction. For career services, if a job offer is accepted before utilizing all coaching sessions, remaining time can be applied to onboarding or career coaching upon written request. For HR and digital marketing services, additional support beyond the initial scope of work will be subject to a new agreement and fee.
Appointment Policy
For scheduled calls (consultations, coaching, or follow-ups), please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice will count toward your allotted sessions.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that they involve customized, creative work and therefore, payments are non-refundable.
